MANICURE

Avere mani perfette è il desiderio di ogni donna,

ma spesso non è possibile tenerle perfette a causa 

dei lavori domestici o del lavoro che facciamo...

Molte di noi si rivolgono all'estetista per fare la classica manicure,

per tenere l'unghia pulita e in ordine.

Io mi sono addirittura comprata il kit per lo smalto semi-permanente

(ve ne parlavo QUI).

Comunque non occorre andare sempre dall'estetista per avere le mani in ordine,

bisogna avere degli accorgimenti quotidiani che ci aiutano ad avere belle mani:

innanzitutto una buona crema idratante mani e unghie,

da far penetrare anche nelle pellicine che così restano morbide e non si seccano,

usare i guanti in lattice per i lavori domestici o in giardino e qualche strumento professionale,

tipo i bastoncini di legno spingi-pelle, una lima (meglio se di cartone). 

Io quando ho un quarto d'ora di tempo lo dedico a questo lavoro...

Provate, non ve ne pentirete!
