GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI SHOES P/E 2012

La collezione di Giuseppe Zanotti dedicata a questa primavera estate è una delle più interessanti e particolari tra quelle viste ultimamente. Lo stilista italiano più amato dalle star (sia italiane che d'oltreoceano) è riuscito ad unire ispirazioni anche molto diverse tra loro che spaziano dai tocchi di colore fluo ad uno stile più classico e sofisticato per i suoi sandali gioiello dei quali qualsiasi donna ne resta innamorata. A me personalmente piacciono molto anche le sue 'flat shoes', voi che ne pensate? Guardiamole insieme.

Come ben sappiamo anche quest'anno siamo arrivate alla fatidica prova costume...
Chi ha 'lavorato' bene durante il periodo invernale si troverà avvantaggiata rispetto a chi non è riuscita a seguire un programma specifico, ma niente è perduto!
Lo so benissimo che non si possono fare i miracoli, ma possiamo aiutare il nostro organismo a depurarsi un po'! La parola d'ordine in questo caso è bere! L'acqua aiuta a ripulire l'intestino e dona un senso di sazietà, evitiamo i fritti, i dolci e gli alimenti ricchi di sale e/o grassi, aumentiamo un po' l'attività fisica (basta una passeggiata di 30-40 minuti a buon ritmo 2-3 volte a settimana) 
e concediamoci una buona crema anti-cellulite:
se messa con costanza ogni giorno aiuta la pelle a ridurre il caratteristico effetto a buccia d'arancia.
Come acqua la mia preferita è la Lauretana, buona e 'leggera', mentre attualmente la crema anti-cellulite che sto usando è della Swisscare e si chiama Slim-Cell.
Ma ripeto che ci sono prodotti buoni e di tutti i prezzi, basta essere costanti!!!

BB CREAM

La BB Cream (BB sta per Blemish Balm) è un prodotto multifunzione utilizzato per perfezionare la pelle. Si tratta di un trattamento idratante dalla texture leggermente colorata che copre la maggior parte degli inestetismi del viso come: rossori, brufoletti, macchie cutanee e piccole rughe. Si differenzia dalle classiche creme colorate perché non cambia il colore della carnagione, ma lo perfeziona e lo rende più radioso.
