PETTINATURE IN SPIAGGIA

Si sa, per chi come me porta i capelli lunghi, in spiaggia ci sono vari accorgimenti da adottare per evitare che diventino secchi e stopposi: prima di tutto bisogna usare dei prodotti specifici da mettere prima, durante e dopo l'esposizione al sole.
Io ho adottato questi metodi e ho ancora i capelli morbidi e setosi al tatto:
prima dell'esposizione ho messo uno spray con filtro solare acquistato direttamente dalla mia parrucchiera di fiducia (ogni tanto lo spruzzavo anche durante l'esposizione al sole), tornata in stanza li lavavo bene con acqua dolce, shampoo e balsamo, alla fine applicavo una maschera nutriente e li lasciavo asciugare all'aria per evitare il caldo del phon!
Come pettinatura in spiaggia solitamente li raccoglievo in una coda alta o li lasciavo liberi...
Anche la treccia è molto comoda!
